Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla whey powder / whey isolate1 cup oatmeal2/3 cup cottage cheese3/4 cup egg whites1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp baking sodaCinnamon, to taste
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend to desired smoothness, up to 1 minute.
2. Pour batter into a greased pan. Flip once bubbles start appearing through batter (approx 2 minutes).
3. Enjoy!
