Ingredients
1 lb skinless boneless chicken1 can diced tomatoes1 can carrots,rinsed and drainrd3 ribs celery, chopped1 onion chopped1 bell pepper, chopped1can mushrooms, rinsed and drained2 c chicken broth1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp marojamsalt, pepper, parsely to taste
Directions
mix all ingredeints in crock pot. cook on low 8 to 10 hours. mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with a little water. add to crock pot, stir until thickend
