4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts4 slices turkey ham4 slices Alpine Lace Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese1 egg beaten with water1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Place each chicken breast on saran wrap and use meat mallot to pound out until about 7"x9". Cut ham slices in half and lay in the middle of chicken. Cut cheese slices into quarters and stack in center of ham. Roll chicken breast up and mold into a "bundle". Dip into egg and roll in bread crumbs to cover. Place in carsserole dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 40 min.
