Salmon Cheddar Bagel Bake

Ingredients
1 1/2 whole wheat bagels (Dunkin Donuts)2 oz cheddar Cheese2 cups of 2% milk2 eggsdash of mustard2 tbsp of reduced fat sour cream6 oz of BBQ salmon (pink Salmon preferred)
Directions
Take 1 1/2 day old bagels and cut them into small pieces. Place into medium sized cooking dish. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix together well and then pour over bagel pieces.

Cook at 350 degrees for 20 -30 minutes. Check oven every 10 min or so.
