Crock Pot Chicken thighs with garlic and rosemary

Chicken Thigh, 6 thigh, bone and skin removed Garlic, 8 cloves mincedRosemary, dried, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 3 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields*Kosher Salt, .5 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Homemade Chicken Stock (no salt added) 5 TBSCooking Spray, Pam Cooking Spray enough to coat crock and pan
In non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, brown chicken.
While chicken is browning combine all of the other ingredients in crock (sprayed with cooking spray).
Add chicken and toss with mixture to coat.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
