Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients
15 lb. Brussels Sprouts30 Slices Bacon6 cups Chopped OnionsWater as or if needed1 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper20 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Cook Bacon in oven until crisp. Reserve Bacon grease.
Steam Brussels Sprouts 20 minutes in steamer
Sautee Onions in Bacon grease. Do not drain grease.
Drain Brussels Sprouts and toss in Balsamic Vinegar.
Stir in Onions and Bacon
