1.25 lb ground turkey, extra lean2 lb sliced mushrooms, fresh1 can diced tomatoes1 can tomato sauce1 purple/red onion, diced1 tbsp Chili Powder1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp cumin
Brown the ground meat & onion with the powdered seasonings.
Dump everything into a crock pot and stir.
