Creamy Tomato Shrimp

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 1 tsp*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbspChicken Broth, .5 cup Stewed Tomatoes, 1.5 cupSour Cream, .5 cupShrimp, raw, 15 large*Pepper, white, .5 tspChili powder, 1 tspHot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp*Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields
Directions
heat oil add onion and garlic and saute until clear. Add tomatoes, chicken broth, lemon juice and spices. Cook until heated through. Add sour cream and hot peper sauce. stir until well blended. Stir in Shrimp and continue to heat on low for 5 minutes. Serve over long grain rice with bullion.
