Stuffed Green Bell Peppers

Ingredients
4 bell peppers1 lb ground beef1 cup brown rice -- cooked1/4 cup cheddar cheese (optional!)1 tsp worchestershire1 clove garlic2 tsp italian seasoning2 8 oz cans of Tomato Sauce
Directions
Cook rice and brown ground beef -- season to taste

Cut tops off of green peppers and place in baking pan

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 tomato sauce and 1/2 Italian seasoning in a bowl, stuff into peppers

Mix remaining tomato sauce and italian seasoning, pour over top of peppers

Bake for 1 hour at 350, basting every 15 min if needed.

Add cheese last 15 min if using
