Ingredients
2 tsp reduced-fat margarine5 tbsp sugar-free pancake syrup3 tbsp whole-wheat pastry flour1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Melt the margarine in a microwave-safe bowl for 10 seconds+. Add syrup, flour, baking powder, and mix thoroughly. Cook in a sprayed nonstick skillet over medium heat, for approx 3-4 minutes per side, flipping carefully, until golden brown.
