Chicken, Butternut squash & chickpea Tangin

4 Chicken breasts, skinless, diced4 cups butternut squash1 1/2 cup rinsed chickpeas2 cups diced tomatoes1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp ground ginger1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)1 pinch cloves1/4 tsp allspice1/4 tsp cinnamon
Mix spices in a plastic bag. Dice chicken, rince & pat dry. Toss in bag w/ spices. Sprat a nonstic skillet w cooking spray & brown chicken on all sided 3-5 minutes. remove to plate & cover to keep warm. Add squash & tomatoes to skillet & cook about 15 minutes, until soft Add chickpeas & return chicken to pan. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, & simmer 8 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve chicken and vegetable mixture over couscous or Brown rice
