Ingredients
12 Cups Water3 Carrots (chopped)1/2 Large or 1 Medium Onion (chopped)3 Stalks Celery (With Leaves) (chopped)3 Green onion (chopped)1 - 2 Tblsp of Peppercorns1 Tblsp of Sea Salt (optional)
Directions
Simply add all ingredients to large stockpot or slow cooker
Bring to a boil
Cover and Simmer (stirring occassionally) for 4 - 6 hours
Drain veggies
Add 2 or more cups of water (if desired)
