Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cupSkim Milk, 1/3 cupEgg, fresh, 1 largeButter, melted 3 tbspFlour, white, 1 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 TbsBaking Powder, 1 tspBaking Soda, 1/2 tspSalt, 1 tsp
Directions
Combine liquid ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients and then add liquid ingredients.
Do not over mix - batter will be lumpy.
Drop 1/4 cup of batter on hot griddle for each pancake
