Sweet Pastry Crust - Vegan

Ingredients
2 cups walnuts2 cups dates, pitted1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
In a food processor, process walnuts in to a powder, but not to the point where it becomes a nut butter.

Add dates a few at a time until well combined and mixture will press together. Add vanilla and pulse just until combined.

Press into the bottom of a 9" pie pan or springform pan.

Serving Size: Makes one 9" pie/pastry crust
