Light Creme Caramel

Ingredients
4 cups of milk 7 eggs8 tsp stevia sugar1 tbsp of vanilla extractfor the caramel1 cup of sugar2 tbsp water
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender
put the sugar and water on the heat till you get the caramel color.
pour caramel first than mixture. cook in the oven 400 F for 40 minutes in a water bath

    Powder vanilla will work 1/2 tsp or a little bit if lemon or orange zest
