Ingredients
1 c whole wheat flour1 c rye flour2 tbsp brown sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp caraway seeds1 c skim milk(raisins, nuts etc. if desired).25 c egg substitute1/2 c unsweetened applesauce1 tbsp oil
Directions
mix together dry ingredients & make well in bowl
mix moist ingredients in separate bowl
pour moist ingredients into dry ingredients bowl
mix only enough to moisten dry ingredients
batter should be lumpy
pour into greased muffin pans
bake for 15 to 20 min at 400 F
