Chicken Lentil & Tomato Soup

Ingredients
Quick and Easy....1 540ml can of Lentils1 796ml can of Diced Tomatoes (no salt added)1 can mushrooms (no salt added)1 pouch Chicken Noodle Soup mix 2 chicken breasts2 cups water 2 cups diced fresh veggies - onions, peppers (assorted), broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and carrots.spices and seasonings to taste (avoid adding salt)
Directions
Add all ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.

I put into 8 sealable bowls and freeze. Take for lunch or thaw for a light dinner.
