kid friendly coconut chicken

Ingredients
1lb of boneless chicken cut into 1to 2 inch cubes1/8 Cup shredded Coconut1C bread crumbs2 eggs1/4 Cup milk
Directions
1) Whisk egg and milk into bowl
2) set up breading line, a plate for flour, the bowl of egg mixture, then a plate of bread crumbs.
3) place each chicken nugget into the flour, then egg, then the breadcrumbs.
4) place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake in oven at 375F for 14-20 minutes (golden brown and no pink in chicken)

Serving Size: makes about 24 nuggets
