Ingredients
1/2 cup Wheat flour1/2 cup Flour white1/4 cup Flour oat 4 Eggs 1 3/4 cup Milk, 1%1/4 cup Butter1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together and place a side. Mix together eggs and milk, add melted butter and dry ingredients slowly.Let stand one hour. Heat a small skillet coated with a small amount of butter. Pour a tin layer evenly and cook until you see bubbles or until done, flip and cook another minute or until done.

    I love to make these ahead of time. Place in gallon baggy flat with wax paper in between them. Thaw and heat stuffing with anything you desire. Great stuffed with fruit& cream cheese, crab & ricotta etc. Soooo good! - 9/20/15
