szechuan chicken & bok choy stir fry

Ingredients
1 1/2 pd turkey breast2 t olive oil1 p bok choy quarted1 yellow pepper cut into strips1/2p snow peas1/3c szechuan stir fry sauce1/3c orange juice2c hot brown rice
Directions
Heat 1 t oil in wok or skillet and add turkey. Stir fry just until cooked through. Transfer to plate.

Add the remaining 1 t of oil and heat. Add bok choy, pepper, snow peas and stir fry unitl bok choy is crisp-tender, 4-5 min. Return turkey to wok and add stir fry sauce and orange juice. Stir fry about 1 min. Serve over rice
