Ingredients
1 Cup AP Flour1/2 Cup Wheat germ1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal1/4 Granulated Sugar1 Tsp Cinnamon3/4 Cup Shredded Carrots2 Tsp Fresh Ginger2 Tsp Baking PowderDash Kosher Salt1 Large Egg1 Cup Milk, 2%1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil1/4 Cup Honey2 Tbs Melted Unsalted Butter
Directions
Mix the first nine ingredients together in one bowl and the rest in another bowl. Combine the two by adding the wet ingredients to the dry and stir together by hand with a rubber spatula, just until combined. Divide batter evenly in a 12 cup regular sized tin lined with paper cups.
