100 gr yogurt (3% fat)1 orange1 banana1 cup spinach30 gr protein powder (I use GOOD - HEMP natural PROTEIN)3 gr honey
Put all ingredients in blender and mix until you have a smooth mixture. Add water if needed and blend again. Serve in a large glass with straw.
