Potato Flake Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
3 Tilapia fillets (4 oz. ea)3 Tbps egg substitute1/8 cup instant mashed potato flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Dredge one side of each filet in egg substitute, then lay coated edge in potato flakes.

Place on lightly greased baking sheet flaked side up. Bake for 10 minutes or until flakes turn golden.
