Easy Mexican Soup

Ingredients
1 can Black beans1 can chili beans1 can Mexican style corn16 oz jar salsa32 oz box chicken broth2-3 skinless chicken breasts, cut up1 bag of boil in bag rice
Directions
Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces and cook until done. Boil rice in another pot per pkg directions. In a large pot (4 qt or larger) dump the following: 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed; 1 can chili beans, drained and rinsed; 1 can mexican corn, drained; 1 16 oz jar of salsa; 1 32 oz box of chicken broth. Heat this up while waiting for rice and chicken. When rice and chicken are done, dump into bean mixture and continue heating until thickened and everything is heated through.

Optional: Top with 1 tbsp reduced fat or fat free sour crean and a sprinkling of a favorite cheese. Serve with multi grain chips
