Bacon & Cheese Egg Cups

8 - large eggs, fresh3/4 cup - Colby jack shredded cheese3 oz - 2% milk8 strips - Oscar Mayer fully cooked baconsalt & peppercooking spray or butter *you can add salsa or sour cream to top but be sure to adjust nutrition info.
preheat oven to 350.
crack all eight eggs, add them to bowl. add 3 oz of milk and stir (as if you were making scrambled eggs). add cheese. microwave bacon for 30-40 seconds, then either tear into pieces or cut. add the bacon. add salt and pepper to your liking. mix it all together.
spray a muffin sheet with cooking spray.
cook about 20 minutes then check your egg cups. if they need longer, add a few minutes to the time.
