Creamed Tuna

Ingredients
3 cans tuna in water, drained2 tsp butter, melted in pot1/3 cup flour2 cups milkpepper and salt to taste
Directions
Melt butter in pan, and blend flour with salt, pepper and one cup of the milk with a wisk in a separate container. Add the other 2 cups of milk to the melted butter, and then add the flour mixture, stirring constantly over medium heat until it thickens. Turn heat down and add drained tuna until heated through.

Serving Size: makes 9 ---1/3 cups servings, 3 cups total
