Ingredients
12 fresh or frozen strawberries1 banana1 cup fat-free vanilla yougurt1/3 cup 1% milk
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender or smoothie maker. Blend until smooth. Pour into cups and enjoy!
Makes appx. 2 - 10 oz. cups.

    I thought this was a great smoothie, however a little thick for me. I had to add double the milk to make it drinkable consistency. I did use frozen strawberries & maybe that's why. I used light regular yogurt & I'm assuming that's what I was supposed to use, rather than frozen yogurt. Thanks! - 1/9/08
