Turkey Fried Rice

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped red onion1 cup broccoli florets1/2 cup browned ground beef1 cup jasmine rice2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp ketchup2 tbsp fried rice seasoning
Directions
Brown peppers and onions together with 1 tsp of olive oil in a hot pan. Add ground beef (already cooked). Add broccoli. Stir in rice. Add soy sauce, ketchup, and seasoning and heat well. Do not overcook vegetables!

Serving Size: Serves one as a main dish, several as a side.
