Roasted Zucchini and Peppers

Ingredients
1 zucchini cut into 1" cubes ( 2-3 cups) 2 -3 large Bell Peppers (red, orange, or yellow)Mrs Dash Original
Directions
Spray the bottom and sides of 9X11 baking dish with cooking spray. Put in zucchini and peppers mixing them together. Spray vegetables lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle with Mrs Dash. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until there is no liquid and you can the tips of the peppers start to blacken. If you like a stronger roasted flavor you can leave them in another 5 minutes. Serve.
