Szechuan Beef Pasta

Ground beef, lean, 1 lbOnions, raw, 1.5 cup, choppedMinced Garlic, 2 tspGinger Root, 1.5 tsp*Crushed Red Pepper, 1 tsp*Seasame Oil, 2 tbspCornstarch, 1 cupPacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 3/4 cup*Hoisin Sauce, 1/3 cup*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp*Vermicelli, 8 oz (cooked)Green Onions, 1/2 cup chopped
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles; drain and keep warm.
2. Pour sesame oil in pan and heat until hot. Saute onion, garlic, ginger and red pepers in hot sesame oil until onions are tender.
3. Combine cornstarch and beef broth, whisking until smooth. Stir broth mixture, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce into onion mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constably; boil, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Stir in ground beef.
4. Toss the Szechuan beef with hot cooked pasta, and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
