Rutabaga Masquerading as Risotto

Ingredients
Approx 4 cups of Grated/Shredded Rutabaga3 cups of chicken stock2-3 TBS of Parmesan Cheese2 TBS of Butter1 TBS of cream
Directions
Boil Chicken Stock in a small pot
After stock is boiling melt 1 TBS of butter in a larger pot
Once butter is melted add shredded/grated rutabaga & stir
Add boiling chicken stock to larger pot with rutabaga and continue to rapidly boil for 15 minutes
When rutabaga is finished stir in remaining TBS of butter, 1 TBS cream and parmesan cheese
Serve HOT
