Green Beans and Onions

Ingredients
4 cups of green beans1 TBSP of unsalted butter1/2 cup sliced onions2 cups of chicken brothdash of ground black pepper
Directions
Place green beans, onions, and chicken broth in a pot with a TBSP of butter on top.

Bring to a boil, and reduce heat to a simmer, cover with lid. Check in about 15 minutes and cook until tender.


Add ground black pepper.

Makes 4 (1/2 cup servings).
