300g Sweet potato200g Parsnips200g Potato100g peas1 medium sized red onion2 table spoons of honey2 table spoons of carotino oil
Directions
Peel, slice or cube, throw in a dish, cover with honey and carotino oil, cook in oven on 180, stir occasionally during cooking, cook for 25 minutes, enjoy. :-).
