1 (12 oz.) package of shrimp, raw, no tails1 cup chopped summer squash1 tbsp. coconut oil4 tbsp. coconut flour1 tbsp. curry powder2 tbsp. soy sauce1 tbsp. lemon juice1 tbsp. garlic powder1 tbsp. crushed dried red pepper1/2 cup cilantro1/2 cup chopped green onion1/2 tsp salt or salt substitute
Mix all ingredients together in a stoneware cooking dish. Cook at 400 degrees for 35 min., or until shrimp are well browned.
