1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (smooth)3 large eggs1 tbsp vinegar (i used cider vinegar)1/2 tsp baking sodaOptional 1 no calorie sweetener packet (I used a teaspoon of Splenda)mix the eggs and PB till well mixed then add vinegar and baking soda (will fizz) If you use a larger loaf pan your bread will end up very short. I used a medium sized one and the slices are about half the size you would expect from a normal slice of bread.
Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes. Mine was done at 35mins. Let it cool COMPLETELY before attempting to remove from pan or slicing.
