Beef Tips and Noodles

Ingredients

1.5 lbs round steak cubed2 tsp garlic minced1 small onion sliced2 Tbs olive oil1 cup water1/2 cup red wine1 can (10.75 Oz) Cream of Mushroom soup1 can (4.75 ounces) mushrooms1 packet Beefy Onion Soup mix8 oz Egg Noodles
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brown beef cubes in 2 Tbs olive oil.
Remove from pan. Add onions and garlic and saute until onions are transulescent.
Add Water, Wine, Cream of mushroom soup, Beef Onion soup mix, and Mushrooms to skillet. Bring to a boil and reduce for about 5 minutes.
In a 13x9 inch casserole dish, combine the gravy mixture and beef tips. Turn to coat well.
Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour.
While beef tips are baking, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Serve beef tips and sauce over noodles.
Makes approximately 8 1-cup servings.
Can also be done in a crockpot. After you have reduced the gravy mix all the ingredients in a crockpot and set on low for 6 hours.
