fruity red cabbage salad

Ingredients
You want all the veggie to be shredded including apple so they would make small pieces (do not cut) you want the juice. The 2 Clementine cut in half horizontal and breaks it in small pieces. Shred the ginger into powder (freeze before). Now cut the grapefruit in half and squeeze the juice that will be your dressing. Now add the soybeans and mix it. You done. Enjoy it.
