Shrimp, Peas, Tomatoes & Pasta

2 c. whole wheat pasta (dry)14 large cooked shrimp (frozen OK)1 c. peas20 cherry tomatoes1/4 c. olive oil4 tbsp. shredded parmesan3 cloves garlic
Prepare pasta according to package directions
Finely chop garlic & toast in olive oil.
Slice tomatoes into halves or quarters and add to garlic. Toss and cook until tomatoes begin to break down a bit. Add peas. Add shrimp and toss. Toss mixture with pasta. Add parmesan & final toss.
Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings
