2 slices Canned Pineapple (packed in juice), and some of the juice1 frozen banana, chunked4 frozen strawberries (whole is fine)1 cup soy milk (plain)
Combine all ingredients in blender, blend till smooth. May need to add a bit more soy milk to encourage blending if fruit is a bit bigger (or you dont have a super cool blender)
Serving Size: Makes 2 1- 6 oz servings
