Portabello Mushroom Burgers

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Wishbone Light Italian Dressing4 Portabello Mushroom Caps4 (approx 1/8 inches) slices of onion4 light wheat buns4 Fat free american singles
Directions
1. Place the mushroom caps, smooth side up, in a shallow dish, pour dressing over them at let them marinate at room temp for approx 15-20 minutes

2. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.

3. Use nonstick grill spray on the grates. Place onions on the grill using some of the leftover dressing on them to prevent sticking.

4. Place mushrooms on the grill, Grill for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, or until tender. Brush with marinade frequently. Top with cheese during the last 2 minutes of grilling.

5. Place the mushroom on bun, add grilled onions on top. Top with your favorites! BBQ Sauce, Chipotle Sauce, Dressing, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, ETC (not included in calories)
