HCG Phase 2 - Spicy Egg White "Tostada"

Ingredients
2 melba toast1 egg white1 tsp of salsa1/2 tsp fresh chopped cilantro1 tbsp watersalt/pepperTobasco
Directions
Get a small non-stick sauté pan really hot. Then lightly spray it down using the Misto Gourmet Olive Oil Sprayer. Pour the egg white into the pan. Shimmy the egg white around the bottom of the pan to get it to cook into a circle shape. Season with salt and pepper. Then add 1 tbsp of water and cover it. Turn the heat down to medium low. Cook for another 30 seconds to a minute until it get nice and solid.

Once the egg is cooked, use a spatula to divide it in half. Scoop the cooked, halved egg whites onto the melba toast. Top with 1/2 tsp of salsa per "tostada." Sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro. Dash with Tobasco. Enjoy!

    Assuming that this is for the 500 calorie/day phase, you should use one whole egg + 2 egg whites, or 3 egg whites (either combo = 100g protein. Also, if using 2 Melba toasts, there goes your breakfast... - 7/3/13
