Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients
8 oz penne pasta8 oz mushrooms, sliced, 3 1/2 cups1/2 jar Alfredo sauce8 oz chicken breast, diced 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese1/2 cup sliced olivesdiced red onion if desired
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions
In a large deep side frying pan, heat 1 TBS olive oil
Add diced chicken breast until thoroughly cooked
Halfway through the chicken cooking process, add the mushrooms and cook until both are brown
Stir in Alfredo sauce, cooked, drained pasta, black olives, and parmesan cheese, heating until cheese is melted.
