Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

2 cups Natural Peanut Butter1 cup 100% pure Maple Syrup1 cup Rice Krispies cerealdark chocolate for coating (approx. 1 cup dark choc chips)
In a food processor, pulse together peanut butter and maple syrup. Fold in Rice Krispies. Put mixture in freezer to harden for minimum 20 minutes. Roll into balls. Melt chocolate. Dip balls one at a time and place on tray lined with wax paper. Best when placed back in the fridge or freezer.
