Pekin Pork slow cooker

Ingredients
Ingredients 6 boneless pork chops or 24 oz of pork (bonless chops, country style pork ribs can also be used) 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup ketchup 3 cloves garlic, crushed Red pepper flakes to taste Directions1. Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. 2. Cook on Low setting for 6 hours, until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
Directions
put pork in crock pot
mix all other ingredients and pour over pork
cook on low setting for at least 6 hours
