Ingredients
just add 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup frozen mixed fruit (or any mixture of your favorite fruits, frozen banannas and strawberries work really well) and 1 cup milk (this recipe says 25, because that's all i had in the house, but i usually use skim milk) just throw it all in the blender and in minutes you have a delicious healthy shake. great for breakfast on the go or a great dessert!

Serving Size: makes about 2 1/2 cups, but i use it as one serving
