broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, parsley, pumpkin seeds, currents
In food processor chop broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, and parsley. Pour into extra large bowl after chopping each ingredient. Mix together with currents and pumpkin seeds. Pour over juice from one lemon and salt and pepper. Mix again. Makes a total of 16.5 cups.
