Ingredients
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 3 cup*Canned Tomatoe - Alymer diced, 3 cupTomato Paste, 1 cupBeans, red kidney, 1.5 cupBeans, black, 1.5 cup*Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion)
Directions
Chop onion and add all ingredients together in large crockpot. Cook on high for 6 hours and serve warm. Add avocado or cheese to make it richer!
