Kate's Homemade, Super-Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
2 plum tomatoes1/2 small onion1/2 jalepeno pepper3 TB chopped cilantrojuice from 1/2 lime1/4 - 1/2 ts saltpepper to taste
Directions
Chop and mix, it's that simple! You can also throw in minced garlic or cumin powder for more flavor (or, anything else that gets you excited -- even curry powder is a great kick!)
