Cabbage, red, fresh, 2 cups, chopped Cabbage, fresh, 2 cups, chopped Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 1/2 CPlain Lowfat Yogurt, 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar, 2 TCelery seed, 1/2 t Salt, 1/2 t Pepper, black, 1/4 tFuji Apples, fresh, 1 large, unpeeled, cored, quartered and thinly slicedFlat Leaf Fresh Parsley, 2 T
Makes 4 servings
Combine the green and red cabbage; set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together the Miracle whip, yogurt, vinegar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Add the apple. Pour over the cabbage and toss gently until coated. Cover and chill 1 hour or longer. Sprinkle with parslsey to serve.
