Squash Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb summer squash1 medium onion2 cups fat free cheddar cheese1 large egg1/4 cup light margarine6-8 buttery round party crackers1/4 cup milksaltpepper
Directions
Chop or grate squash and onion.
Cook in salted water until soft.
Drain water.
Mash squash and onion.
Add egg, cheese, milk, butter. Mix into squash.
Crumb the crackers, add to mixture.
Bake in 350*F oven for 25-30 minutes.
